ONE COMPARTMENT OR TWO
A divider that changes the temperature layout
Insert the magnetic-sensing divider to activate dual-zone operation with independent temperature controls. Remove it to return to a single storage zone. Select the layout for the stock being carried: separate chilled drinks and frozen products, or use the full compartment for one temperature setting.
Specify the operating conditions
The supplier lists cooling down to −20°C. For sample acceptance, record ambient temperature, starting load, target temperature in each zone and lid-opening frequency. Check both zone temperatures with independent probes before approving the bulk order.
Three-stage battery-voltage protection is listed. Match its cut-off setting to the vehicle or external power supply; the 55 W rating is not a daily energy-consumption figure.
Choose PU or VIP + PU insulation
The VIP + PU version combines vacuum insulation panels with PU foam at CNY 2,330 per unit. The PU-only version is CNY 2,230. Both start at 300 units.
Practical daily handling
A removable divider, lid-activated light and drain outlet support loading and cleaning. The supplied design also has a digital control panel, lid-support hinges and side carry handles with leather trim.

WRITE A PURCHASE SPECIFICATION
Define the version. Test the sample. Approve the shipment.
A model name is the start of a specification. Use the same operating conditions, accessories and packing basis when comparing supplier quotations.
Capacity and zone control
Record usable net volume and the volume of each compartment. TF36D lists 25 L of fridge space plus 9.5 L of freezer space. For simultaneous chilling and freezing, specify both zone setpoints and require the sample to operate with both zones loaded.
A removable divider and two independent temperature controls are different features. Put the control method, divider arrangement and required temperature split on the order sheet.
Power chain and battery cut-off
Specify the vehicle supply, DC connector, cable length, fuse arrangement and low-voltage protection setting. Add the AC adapter as a separate included item, with its input voltage and destination plug.
For a power-station bundle, check regulated DC output, connector polarity, continuous current and compressor starting demand against the fridge specification. An AC wattage rating alone does not establish DC compatibility.
Energy and cooling performance
Compare measured Wh over 24 hours at one agreed ambient temperature, setpoint, load and lid-opening schedule. Keep pull-down energy from a warm start separate from steady-state holding energy. Record both temperatures with an independent logger.
Do not multiply rated watts by 24 and call the result measured daily consumption. For planning only: a measured 480 Wh/day load and an assumed 80% usable battery-energy factor require 600 Wh nominal energy for one day. This example is not a runtime claim for these models.
Vehicle fit and installation
Check overall dimensions with handles fitted, lid-opening clearance, connector access, restraint points and the ventilation space required by the model manual. Include loaded weight when selecting a slide or mounting arrangement.
A portable fridge placed in a closed cabinet needs an installation review. A body made of stainless steel is not evidence of weatherproof electronics or a salt-spray rating; request the relevant evidence if the use requires it.

Make the acceptance sheet part of the purchase order
The buyer and supplier agree the sample conditions and pass limits before testing. Keep the approved sample configuration fixed for the production batch.

Battery kits, documentation and quotation boundaries
For a detachable-battery model, identify the exact pack, nominal Wh, charger and whether each item is included. Obtain model-matched battery transport documents and have the forwarder confirm the shipment arrangement before freight is priced.
Ask for destination-specific product documents against the exact model and electrical version. A factory-wide certificate or a logo on a listing is not a substitute for matching product documentation. State the Incoterm and named place, quote validity, production lead time and included packaging on each quotation.
