Production stages and packaging vary by product. Confirm the route and specifications for your chosen SKU.
Production stages

Glass-sheet preparation
The machine head travels across a large glass sheet before the sheet is separated.
Confirm the glass grade, incoming thickness and cutting method.

Sheet separation
An operator separates the prepared sheet and handles the smaller sections.
Ask how blank dimensions and edge damage are checked before machining.

Blank machining
Clamped glass blanks pass through a machine operation with moving heads and liquid flow.
Match the outer profile, openings and edge tolerances to the selected phone model.

Fixture loading and machine operation
An operator places glass pieces on the fixture, closes the equipment and starts it. Ask which surfaces are processed and how thickness and edges are inspected.
Confirm which surfaces are processed and the inspection method for edges and thickness.

Rack handling at a tank
Rows of glass pieces rise with the rack and are moved away. Confirm the treatment purpose, conditions and checks for the product you select.
Ask what this bath does and which treatment conditions apply. The footage alone does not identify the chemistry.

Screen-printing station
Glass moves between stations while a screen and squeegee mechanism work over the surface.
Confirm the printed area, border width, ink and curing method for the quoted SKU.

Roll-material processing
Roll material and glass pieces move through the feed and roller section.
Identify each layer: adhesive, release liner or temporary protection. Ask for a layer drawing.

Automatic pickup and transfer
Suction cups transfer pieces to a conveyor, where they pass the rollers toward the next station. Confirm the downstream process and surface-inspection requirements.
Confirm handling marks, surface protection and the next production step.

Manual review and sorting
Operators handle and look over individual pieces before returning them to trays.
Request the actual inspection criteria, sample size and batch record.

Retail packing
Operators assemble retail boxes, insert contents and arrange the finished packs.
Confirm the pack contents, model labels, pieces per carton and final carton dimensions.
Installation and product handling
Three short demonstrations covering placement, installer operation and viewing direction.

001 · manual placement
Peel away the release material, align by hand and observe bonding. Screen cleaning is required but is not shown in this excerpt.

Titan · installer operation
Place the installer over the phone, pull the strip and remove the tool. The clip demonstrates operation without identifying the clear or privacy variant.

001 · screen observation
Change the viewing direction and observe the screen. Treat this as an observation clip, not a standardized optical test.
