Separate each device size and camera layout. A 500-piece order split across ten models and five colours leaves only ten pieces per combination; the supplier may require more per mould or colour. Ask for both the total and per-variant MOQ.
Keep a signed sample and colour reference. Record coating, print placement, edge seams and lining coverage. Include button response, camera clearance and any stand mechanism in the approval record.
