From approval to evidence

1. Freeze scope

   Confirm model, approved sample, quantities, specifications and acceptance points.

2. Prepare

   Build the checklist and confirm readiness, location and available test conditions.

3. Inspect

   Check agreed quantity, identity, appearance, function, accessories, labels and packing.

4. Report

   Return findings, photos, exceptions and the decision still required.

Inspection has a defined scope

Inspection records what was observed under the agreed checklist and available conditions. It is not a laboratory certification, regulatory approval or guarantee of every unit unless separately specified.
